We have improved the
self-supporting sliding gates of Egidia. The
SC model has changed parameters and construction solutions.
Egidia SC is our new
self-supporting sliding gate, which we introduced to the market in May this
year. In relation to its
predecessors, self-supporting Egidia and Egidia HD, it differs in terms of
parameters and applied solutions.
Designing a
self-supporting sliding gate Egidia
SC we wanted to combine the
advantages of the industrial sliding gate Egidia HD and the self-supporting
gate Egidia. We have made several
corrections and added several elements that affect the reliability of the new
product.
Egidia SC gate:
failure-free performs
many days of opening and closing cycles,
maintains a light
appearance and allows for easy driving.
A number of improvements
by Egidia SC
The new model has many
improvements compared to the Egidia HD gate:
refurbished carrying
trolley - we have equipped it with four independent rollers that prevent
blockages,
a Roman screw - we added
it to allow adjustment of the tension,
wireless photocell - we
also enable return to the wired power supply,
resistive strips - we
replaced them with mechanical strips, thanks to which the system became more
resistant to changing atmospheric conditions,
plug & play gate -
allows you to use it immediately after installation, without the need for
additional mounting and configuring the photocell.
For the convenience of
customers, we have prepared three versions of the Egidia SC gates: manual, with
the possibility of mounting the drive and with the drive already installed. In addition, each model can be ordered
in the opening version left or right and choose one of several widths.
Comfortable use of the
Egidia SC gate
To make the use of the
self-supporting sliding gate Egidia
SC more convenient, for gates
with a width of more than 6 m, we
have reduced the cross-section of
the frame. Currently, it is 60x60
mm, making it lighter and easier to drive. The
palisade option is characterized by the diameter
of vertical tubes reduced by 5 mm . Egidia
SC gained a friendly and light
appearance.
For all versions of the
Egidia SC gate, we have prepared a single guide pole with a section of 120x80
mm and an end pole with dimensions of 80x80 mm. The applied solution significantly
improves the functioning of the product.
As with the
predecessors, the self-supporting sliding gate Egidia SC
can be filled with Nylofor 3D panels. However,
we equipped them with additional lateral bracing to increase stiffness and
strength.
The Egidia SC gate is
therefore a product that is perfect for use both on private properties and
industrial areas.
