The automatic garden
watering system is not only a comfortable solution, freeing us of the
obligation to irrigate plants. By
installing an irrigation system, you can also save a lot
Watering the garden,
especially the one with a large area, is a job-and time-consuming occupation. It can also be very tedious,
especially when we have to traverse the garden paths with a long hose, taking
care not to get entangled in the vegetation and to destroy the plants when
dragging on the ground. The
solution to these problems is the automatic irrigation system.
Elements included in the
irrigation system
It consists mainly of
water supply lines and sprinklers that are ascended or mounted on rigid tubes. They are placed in various zones of
the garden, so that they effectively irrigate all plants. The irrigation system can also consist
of dotting lines - water supply pipes and drip heads, through which water leaks
directly under the plants. The
automatic irrigation system is also equipped with a special controller
(programmer), which allows programming of the irrigation installation's working
time.
Savings from the
installation of the irrigation system
This solution is not
only about comfort and time saving, but above all about saving water and,
consequently, money. Thanks to
the automatic watering of the garden, the water is delivered to the plants in
the right amount (its consumption is reduced by up to 50% compared to
traditional watering). The work
of the irrigation system can be programmed in such a way that it starts in the
evening or early in the morning - this solution ensures rational use of water
that does not evaporate as quickly as during the day, but effectively
moisturizes the soil. Additional
savings will be achieved by the use of humidity and rain sensors - their task
is to provide the controller with information about rainfall and the current
soil moisture. Thanks to this,
the irrigation system will not start without the need when it rains or the soil
moisture is high.
