Why choose the H + H construction system

The H + H system is ideal for the construction of single-family houses. One-layer and multi-layer walls can be erected from the system elements, however, the ease of processing this material and the full range of the building from which the building should be erected should be noted. The H + H system consists of:

H + H PPB blocks are used for building walls from basements to roofs. They are available in all sizes from 50 to 365 mm thick.

H + H Plates are small-sized elements used for building light partition walls, cabinet enclosures, bathtubs and are mainly used for finishing works.

H + H Flat lintel beams made of aerated concrete form support elements together with the superstructure. Due to the low weight, flat lintel beams are a very simple lintel variant.

H + H U-shaped elements constitute a lost shuttering element compliant with the H + H System and can be used to make rims, reinforced concrete beams and heavily loaded lintels over window or door openings. They can also be used in shaping vertical gaps and formwork channels under reinforced concrete stiffening supports.

Thin-layer mortar H + H is used for gluing walls made of TLMB (H + H, PPB) and TLMA blocks as well as tiles.

H + H MultiElementes are palletized in ready-made sets consisting of two blocks. Thanks to the holes drilled in their upper parts, they can be individually or in pairs gripped with clamps and transferred to the building site. This is another step to optimize the construction time in the H + H System. The large format of the modular H + H MultiElement makes it necessary to use a small lifting device. High dimensional accuracy of these elements allows you to apply finishing layers

with a minimum thickness.

H + H system in agricultural construction

A modern farm requires the use of modern building solutions, compliant with EU standards. Buildings on farms should be durable, functional and aesthetic. During their construction and repairs, the most important issue is the use of proven solutions and appropriate materials. It is for this reason that H + H cellular concrete has been an excellent building material widely used in agricultural construction for many years.

H + H cellular concrete can be used for construction of livestock buildings: for pigs, cattle, sheep, chickens, turkeys, ducks and warehouses (fruits, vegetables). Microclimate conditions in livestock buildings are one of the basic factors affecting the results and effects of animal husbandry . In properly designed and constructed buildings temperature, humidity and lighting should remain within the optimal limits for a given species of animals.
