is due to the fact that in 2009 Poland
implemented the provisions of Directive 2002/91 / EC of December 16, 2002 on
the energy performance of buildings. In
fact, however, it is not legal requirements that determine the growing interest
in energy-saving construction. There
are many reasons.Finance is certainly one of the priority factors for the
popularity of energy-efficient houses. Less
energy loss this
is a reduction of the household budget burden on thermal and electric energy. Thinking
people know that using the right materials and technologies in the construction
industry results in a longer life for the building.
The
improvement of the insulation and heating standard improves the microclimate of
the home environment, which has a positive effect on the health of the
household. Simply
put, an energy-saving house is one that consumes 2-3 times less energy for
heating than a typical building. Demand
for heat in standard homes that meet modern standards expressed by the
so-called the
coefficient of seasonal heat demand is EA
on average 120 kWh / m², and when it comes to energy-saving houses, it is
already 15 - 70 kWh / m². Passive
houses deserve special attention. Passive
house is a building whose energy demand drops to the level of 15 kWh of energy
per 1
sq m of
usable space per year.
The
first question an investor puts when choosing a project concerns the choice of
wall material. In
order to obtain a sufficiently low value of the heat transfer coefficient of
external partitions required in energy-saving or passive houses, H + H Polska
offers cellular concrete, which is a material with the best thermal insulation
parameters.
In
2010, H + H introduced into the market of building materials, cellular concrete
blocks with an integrated thermal insulation layer under the name H + H
Thermostein.

is that?
These
are blocks that allow walls to be erected with a coefficient of U = 0.16W / m²K
without the need for an additional layer of thermal insulation, which raises
the cost of making the masonry. The
value of the coefficient U = 0,16W / m2K is unattainable by other producers of
wall materials on
the Polish market. H
+ H Thermostein is the only block on the Polish market with an integrated
thermal insulation layer. The
wall made of this material meets all the requirements for strength, fire
resistance and thermal insulation for building partitions.
